Public Posting

The Treasury Board Secretariat or Speaker of the Legislative Assembly are responsible for publicly posting the expenses online, as set out in Section 15 of the Cabinet Ministers’ and Opposition Leaders’ Expense Review and Accountability Act, 2002.

The Integrity Commissioner is required to prepare an annual report of the expense reviews conducted under the Cabinet Ministers' and Opposition Leaders' Expenses Review Act, 2002.
